Before starting a paid website development project, LocalWebStudio may create a personalized demo or concept website for a prospective client.

The purpose of the demo is to allow the prospective client to see a possible website design and understand what LocalWebStudio could create for their business.
Creating or receiving a demo does not create an obligation to purchase services.
If a prospective client likes the demo and wishes to proceed, LocalWebStudio and the client will confirm:
The actual website development will begin after the project has been approved and the required initial payment has been received.
The final website may differ from the demo based on client requests, updated content, technical requirements, functionality, or other project requirements.
An initial payment or deposit may be required before actual website development begins.
The amount of the initial payment will be communicated and agreed upon with the client before development starts.
Depending on the project, the initial payment may be a percentage of the total project price or another agreed amount. For example, LocalWebStudio may agree to an initial payment of 10%, 20%, 50%, or another amount depending on the project.
The remaining balance and payment schedule will be agreed upon with the client before or at the beginning of the project.
The payment terms agreed for an individual project will take priority over general examples stated in these Terms.
After the project has been approved, the required initial payment has been received, and the necessary project information has been provided, LocalWebStudio will begin development according to the agreed scope.
The client may be required to provide:

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the selected package or agreed project scope.
Requests that substantially change the original design, structure, functionality, or scope may be considered additional work and may require an additional fee.
Additional work and charges will be discussed with the client before the additional work begins whenever reasonably possible.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any content supplied to LocalWebStudio.

The client is responsible for reviewing the website and notifying LocalWebStudio of errors, inaccuracies, or required changes.
LocalWebStudio may use publicly available business information to prepare personalized demos for prospective clients.
Such information may come from public business websites, business listings, real estate profiles, social media business pages, directories, and other publicly accessible sources.
A demo is provided for evaluation and presentation purposes.
If a prospective client does not wish to have a demo created using publicly available information about their business, they may contact LocalWebStudio and request that the demo be removed or discontinued.
Demo websites created before a project is formally approved are considered concepts or demonstrations.
LocalWebStudio retains the right to use general design concepts, layouts, templates, components, development methods, and other non-client-specific elements in other projects.
Client-specific information, branding, or confidential materials will not intentionally be reused for another client.
Clients may use an existing domain and hosting account or purchase new services.
Unless specifically included in the agreed project scope, domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, third-party subscriptions, email services, IDX services, and similar third-party costs are the responsibility of the client.
Some website features may depend on third-party services, including hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, IDX providers, payment processors, email services, analytics platforms, APIs, or other external services.
Third-party fees are not included unless specifically stated in the project agreement.
LocalWebStudio is not responsible for price changes, service interruptions, restrictions, outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
The client retains ownership of content, branding, images, logos, and other materials supplied by the client, subject to the client’s rights to those materials.
LocalWebStudio retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, systems, templates, code, processes, design resources, and other proprietary materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses and usage restrictions.
Either party may request cancellation of a project.
Payments already made may be non-refundable to the extent that work has already been performed, expenses have been incurred, or third-party services have been purchased.
Any refund, outstanding balance, or other cancellation matter will be handled according to the applicable project agreement.
Before launch, the client will have an opportunity to review the completed website.
Once the client provides final approval and the applicable payment obligations have been fulfilled, LocalWebStudio may proceed with the final launch, transfer, or delivery of the website as agreed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LocalWebStudio may display completed websites in its portfolio and marketing materials.
If a client requires their website or project to remain private or confidential, this should be discussed and agreed upon with LocalWebStudio.
LocalWebStudio aims to build websites using reasonable professional practices.
However, website speed, search engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales, conversions, hosting reliability, third-party services, browser behavior, and other external factors cannot be guaranteed.
LocalWebStudio does not guarantee a specific level of:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LocalWebStudio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of a website or services.
LocalWebStudio’s responsibility is limited to the services and obligations specifically agreed upon for the applicable project.
LocalWebStudio may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or applicable requirements.
